Stepping stones

Today we went to Stepping Stones Museum in Norwalk and had a blast! Madeline joined us and the kids went nuts! There were so many amazing things for them to do and I can't believe we never went before today. We played for about 4 hours and Miles didn't want to leave...I didn't blame him I didn't really want to leave either! They have a play area for little kids called tot town...It had a fake tree you can crawl into and a fake school bus that has wippers that move! They had an indoor slide and even a seperate area for teenie kids that aren't walking yet with great things on the ground that were all cool textures for them to touch. The best part was the water room...thank god Jess told me to bring extra clothes because at the end Miles was soaked! I seriously want a water room like that in my house! If you've never brought your kiddos I highly recommend it...its a bit pricey $15 per person even the little kids but they were really nice and let Miles slide so we only had to pay for us two....but since it was so fun we are thinking about getting a year pass since its only $155...check out the website and go for the day...and call us we will go anytime! http://www.steppingstonesmuseum.org/
In tot town..floor piano actually plays which Miles LOVED!

under the indoor slide they have a little room you can crawl into that was filled with puppies...it was so cute but Miles was afraid to go in without me...but once we were in it he loved it!
They have a boat with a magnetic fishing game
They have a traffic cone that has air blowing out of it so you can put a ball on and watch it float...Miles played with this forever ...he liked the ball floated but it was more fun to put his face over it and feel the air on his face...he literally did it forever!

He loved it...it was so funny I cried! his hair went crazy and for some reason he would open his mouth and dip down toward the air...it was weird but funny!
Madeline had so much fun too! Isn't this the cutest picture?
                                                                         <3 <3 <3
Miles loves teeth so this was pretty perfect!
I wish the pictures from this room came out but unfortunetly the kids were moving too fast to capture it but Madeline LOVED this room she was dancing around like a mad woman...me and jess literally laughed so hard we cried...it was a magical moment.

The water room....that tube sucked up the balls and once it was filled shot them up in the air! All the kids in there went nuts for it! So cool! (they have these smocks for the kids to were that look like lab coats...unfortunetly Miles was still completely soaked...but so worth it!

I think both kids could've spent all day in just that room....they really loved it!

They have about 4-5 different water stations...this one was just the right size for Miles

Miles couldn't get enough of the tube that sucked the balls up

he went and collected as many balls as he could hold! It was so cute!

                                                                        SOAKED!
We played outside...it was so nice cause the ground was soft so we didn't have to worry about them falling

my kid has a strange obsession with garbage cans..I really don't understand it but when he sees one he can't control himself he has to touch it...he knows hes not suppose to so he usually shakes his finger (no no no) at it then touches it anyway..We are gonna put him on that show strange addictions!!

They had giant soft building blocks everywhere! Im telling you this place is the best!
we had so much fun today and can't wait to go back! If you get a chance go...you'll love it!
