an afternoon at the park

a few days ago it was so warm out that jess and i decided to take the kids to the park...they loved digging in the sand, running in the grass and going down the slide over and over again...that night miles went down in 30 seconds...it was beautiful....made me excited for the warm weather...now i understand why my mom would send us out to play...get all that energy out so you can have a more peaceful night....here's pictures from that day........

the difference between boys and girls...miles beat the sand with a stick while madeline gently sprinkled the sand with two teenie fingers..so sweet ...she just sat there doing this oh so quietly while miles violently beat the sand and ran around...
